I heard, today, that police in North America will now quickly hunt down a killer, like the one in Montreal today, and shoot him. This new protocal differs from the one of past years (think Polytechnique and Columbine) where the police would set up barricades and wait for the guy to come out (actually, go in and find the dead murderer after he's done shooting the innocent and kills himself). This new protocol will save innocent lives.
