Today was grade one day at the church and the parsonage. Here the 26 first grade students are leaving the parsonage. Two cute moments: (1) One young fellow thought that the massive wooden chair behind the pulpit was made by God. (2) The thing they thought was the "coolest" in my study was my old manual typewriter. They were amazed when I demonstrated how you just roll in a piece of paper, hit some keys, and, voila, words appear on the page! I recall my minister-brother John had a similar experience.
