American ignorance of Canada is legendary, but we ought to be a bit fair to our southern neighbours (yes, Canada is north of the USA, except for a city like Windsor which is south of Detroit). Canadians like to observe disparagingly that most Americans do not know who the Canadian Prime Minister is while most Canadians do know who the American President is. But I wonder how many Canadians know who the President of Mexico is?
